In the period of July and August, minimum stay is 7 days if not stated otherwise.For period less than minimum stay(left free in the calendar) discounted prices can apply.
Maximum occupancy: 8 persons
Stay for one child under age of six ,in the existing beds ,free of charge
Baby bed and feeding chair :on request
Security deposit (taken on the arrival day and returned on the day of departure if there is no damage done) : 500€

The price includes: Linen, towels,toiletries (once a week), bathrobes and slippers , tourist tax, final cleaning,24 hour concierge service,maintenance and daily cleaning of the pool and all outdoor areas,
complimentary dinner party for guests staying more then 8 nights,welcoming cold plate and wine,all detergents ,fabric softener,kitchen spices kit,trash bags,basic coffee and tea kit,paper towels,parking,WiFi,use of bicycles, Gym,Jacuzzi,Sauna and heating of the swimming pool.

COVID 19 CANCELLATION POLICY-
You will receive full refund if you cancel up to 30 days prior to your arrival date in case of the official advice from the governing body(ministry)of your country of residence ,that is not allowed to travel to Croatia or in the case of border closures, flight being suspended or for medical reasons( medical documentation presented).Customer can not request refund for any other reason.
